It is easy to make a purchase. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment may be made as follows:
Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Laser. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Your payment details are handled securely by Bank of Ireland Payment Acceptance and we do not see your credit/debit card details. If an order is cancelled your credit card authorisation will be voided and no money will be taken from the card.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions ore only valid for the specified period.
Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and despatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders in our shop Mon-Fri (excl Saturdays & Bank Holidays). If you have any queries before ordering, please telephone us on 00 353 90 64 92449 first to discuss your order. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The correct carriage charge will be calculated at checkout.
Orders usually are processed within 2-3 business days, Products that come from mainland Europe can take up to 10 working days for delivery and you will be notified of any delay.
Larger orders / Bulk items – may incur extra delivery charge, but you will be notified by Email of any such charges when order is placed.

We use Strip payment acceptance. After placing your order you will be taken to their website to enter your card details. We do not hold these details nor at any time do we see them. This gives you complete confidence that you are purchasing from a totally secure website.
Bright Ideas guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are supplied with a no quibble guarantee. Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing by email, to Bright Ideas within 3 days of receipt. We therefore advise all items are checked immediately after receiving delivery. Claims for unwanted or damaged goods cannot be accepted outside this period. Arrangements for the collection of faulty or incorrect goods will be made by Bright Ideas . We will then contact you for your credit card details and refund your credit card accordingly. If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Unsuitable items can only be accepted back for a refund providing that they have not been used or installed. They should be returned with the original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on the return journey. The cost of returning unsuitable goods is at the expense of the customer. The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the contract monies to the customer within 5 working days thereafter.
